3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept secure payments via major debit/credit cards and other trusted payment gateways.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 pm on working days are usually dispatched the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
5. Delivery
We use Royal Mail 48 and other trusted courier services offering signed-for or tracked delivery. Delivery within the UK usually takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds
You may return items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

7. Appointments & In-Person Visits
We are currently an online-only boutique. However, in-person visits may be arranged by appointment for customers based in or visiting Liverpool. Please contact us to arrange.
