Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Enora Boutique, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we hope you love every piece you order, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary — and we’re here to make that process as smooth and simple as possible.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please either:
- Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp, or visit our Contact Us page for full details.
- Use the returns form available on our website.
Please do so within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns provided that:
- Items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- All tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
- The item received is damaged, or
- Not as described (e.g. wrong item, wrong size sent).
In such cases, we’ll gladly cover the return cost or arrange a replacement for you.
We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
If you prefer an exchange, let us know when initiating your return, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it based on stock availability.
