1. What sizes are available?

We offer a variety of sizes to suit different body types. Each product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for personalised sizing help.


2. Are your clothes stitched or unstitched?

Most of our outfits are ready-to-wear. However, certain traditional styles, like sarees or dress materials, may be unstitched or semi-stitched. This will always be clearly mentioned in the product description.


3. Can I request custom stitching or alterations?

At this time, we do not offer tailoring or custom stitching services. All our garments are sold as listed on the website. You are welcome to make alterations locally if needed.


4. Do you ship across the UK and Ireland?

Yes! We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Republic of Ireland. Delivery is free on most orders and typically takes 3–5 working days.


5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. If you’re not completely happy, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.


7. How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@enoraboutique.co.uk or via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.


8. What if the item I received is faulty or incorrect?

We sincerely apologise! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.


9. How should I care for my Indian garments?

To preserve colour and fabric quality, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water. Always follow the care label instructions on each garment.


10. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We’re currently an online only boutique based in Liverpool. However, customers are welcome to visit us by appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time. We also take pride in offering detailed product descriptions, images, and excellent support to help you shop confidently from home.
